At the Unified Martial Arts Challenge, we strive to provide a fair, respectful, and exciting competition for martial artists of all ages and styles. To ensure consistency and safety, all participants must follow our rules and guidelines.
Competition Divisions
- Youth Divisions – Kids and teens, separated by age and experience.
- Adult Divisions – Novice through advanced levels.
- Masters Divisions – Experienced martial artists showcasing lifelong dedication.
Event Categories
- Forms & Kata – Traditional and creative forms, judged on precision, technique, and presentation.
- Weapons Forms – Traditional and modern weapons divisions, judged on skill, control, and showmanship.
- Point Sparring – Matches scored on clean, controlled techniques with safety equipment required.
General Rules
- Respect for all judges, competitors, and staff is mandatory.
- Proper uniforms and equipment are required for each division.
- Safety gear must be worn during sparring (headgear, gloves, mouthguards, etc.).
- Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.
- Decisions of judges are final.
